Patrick J. Polowsky “Pat” was a beloved Food Scientist, educator, creator, and mentor who had a passion
for learning and passing that knowledge on to others. Here you will find Pat’s ability to take complex scientific ideas and masterfully transform them

The Patrick Polowsky Memorial Endowment is now fully funded. A special thanks to the Cheese Community and all who donated to make this possible. Purdue University will now provide ta $2000.00 grant for Fall and Spring semesters to a Food Science undergraduate in his name.
